I’m back! It’s always nice to step away from the game and just take some time to just relax, take a breather and just forget about it all…
..but who cares about any of that the PTR is up with 4.0 and I FINALLY get to test focus.

So I went away for a long time a bit, but I’m back, really this time, lol
Super excited for tomorrow, the guild get’s it’s first real look at the lich king, I know I know we’re REALLY behind everyone else in the world but It’s so exciting, it’s like waiting for christmas :D

Some of the hunter stuff that was shown is smexy…very smexy.
Loving the new stable system, looks pretty awesome. I always wanted to train some more pets, but I never had enough slots to do so (do want fox model though).
The venom system looks interesting. It’s going to be interesting to see what effects it has on pvp and pve.
Aspect of the fox looks…foxy.
…I’m going to pun hell for that aren’t I?
But still, being able to autoshoot while moving is awesome (although you can do it already in game kinda) and regain focus at the same time is really really REALLY awesome.
Again, sorry for not posting in awhile, life has been crazy busy and I can’t post as often as I like but I’ll be able to post more soon…ish.

But anyway, where was I? Oh right, downing bosses in icc! ^^ I was super happy that our guild finally downed putricide but we also saved valithria the next night. I know I know we’re really late about it but still, progress is progress!
Plus, THE ICE STONE HAS MELTED.
Kinda sad to see the scorchling pet go, I never got a chance to see him drop last year and was hoping to get him this year, but nope =P Although the little rock pet is pretty awesome I must admit.
So between real life and WoW I’ve been spending 90% of my time reading wowleaks.com, I’m so in love with this site, with all the nda breaking and the class previews and the stuff it’s awesome! (Keep this on the down low…aspect of the fox is sexy…)

So I was listening to rawrcast the other day and heard them complain about the new guild rep stuff coming soon…and I just didn’t get it.
For one you don’t get how a guild talent tree can cause drama is beyond me, and I’m willing to bet that about 80% of guilds would have had drama. I mean some on, if there’s drama about loot distribution and raiding and such there’s a guaranteed chance of drama coming from the guild talent tree.

Now that’s a dramatization, but more or less that’s how it would happen. It might be different for your guild, but your guild act’s differently and uses ranking more differently.
Also, how can you be mad over guild rep when it doesn’t do anything? It’s just vanity items like the blizz store, it doesn’t make you better in a guild based on your reputation, it doesn’t change anything, it’s like getting mad over the sparkle pony all over again, it’s pointless, it changes nothing in the game…
I don’t know, maybe I see things differently then how you guys see it, but there’s nothing to be angry about.
At least I finally got around to making my 264 crafted boots, now if only I could find a jc on when I need one…

Anyway, the twin peaks preview made me lol, not only because it’s hysterical that the horde are allowing the dragonmaw back when they’re working with alexstraza (do a little research and you’ll find out) but they posted some shots that were a bit to early in the build?

I hated it down to the marrow…
I mean, sure it was cool to get a few more dailies and some quick gold, and the jousting was fun…once you mastered it…but just ugh.
The way they presented the “World Event” was that we would build the Coliseum over time, and what do we get?
“Hey, How long has that rubble been there?”
“I don’t know…5 weeks?”
“And we’ve been getting wood and stone for what reason now?”
“I don’t know? But who cares! Free gold!”
Maybe I expected more of an Isle of quel’danas-esq progression, but nope.
And coming from a lore fan the story made no sense whatsoever…
“We must stand together and fight the Lich king! Beat each other up with these lances first though!”
“…How will this end the Lich king?”
“FREE GOLD!!!”
Ugh…I don’t even feel like talking about it anymore…I’m gonna go punch a kitten to release my rage…later!
